Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Welcome to Sendroid. By accessing our website/app or using Sendroid-branded integrations (collectively, the “Services”), you agree—you personally and, if accessing on behalf of an organization acting through you, that organization—to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (including updates).

If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. The Services are not intended for anyone under 13, or older if a higher minimum age applies where you live. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, contact us promptly at hello@sendroid.app.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and keeping your registration information accurate.

3. The Service

Sendroid provides tools that help you work with email, including features such as drafts, multilingual support, and integrations with email providers. Features may change as we ship improvements.

Automated and AI-assisted features can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. You remain responsible for reviewing any output before sending, especially for regulated, contractual, privileged, HR, finance, healthcare, or similarly sensitive contexts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or engage in deceptive conduct
• Send spam or phishing messages, distribute malware, or attempt to abuse quotas or degrade service quality
• Probe, scrape, crawl, interfere with security, bypass access restrictions, or access another user’s data
• Upload or generate unlawful content or content that exploits or harms minors

Where required by providers you connect (for example Gmail or an IMAP host), follow their acceptable use policies as well.

5. Connected Accounts and Credentials

If you connect external email accounts using OAuth or provider credentials (including IMAP/SMTP configuration), your use of those accounts remains subject to the third party’s policies. You authorize us and our subprocessors to operate the integrations you configure. Disconnect integrations you no longer want us to access.

6. Subscriptions and Fees

If we offer paid plans, billing terms presented at signup or checkout apply. Prices and features may change; material changes should be communicated in a reasonable manner (such as updating this page or sending email). Taxes may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Sendroid and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, software, logos, branding, and related materials, excluding content you submit.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use. You must not misuse our Services, circumvent technical limits, copy the Services unfairly where prohibited, or use our intellectual property beyond what these Terms expressly allow—except where applicable law guarantees certain rights despite this provision.

8. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Services, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction and without owing you royalties, subject to applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Sendroid and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption—even if foreseeable; and (b) Sendroid’s total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to Sendroid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations above; those limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sendroid and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights—except where your liability cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for reasonable reasons, including misuse, suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment where applicable, or legal requirements.

Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, dispute terms, intellectual property clauses, and general provisions) will survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wilmington, Delaware may have jurisdiction over disputes, except where your local mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

14. Export and Sanctions

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You will not access the Services if you are located in—or controlled by—a sanctioned jurisdiction or sanctioned party where prohibited by law.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Sendroid concerning the Services, and supersede any prior conflicting understandings unless another written agreement expressly says otherwise for specific enterprise engagements. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or sale.
